Training That is Effective
Creating customized courses, using training methods and materials; we work closely with our clients to ensure that the training is effective by setting measurable objectives that would add value to the organization.
We at Jodan believe that training is the process of taking someone from where they are now to where they need to be. This can only be achieved by:
- Training provided by experts: All our trainers are professionals and experts in their field of study.
- Training that works: Setting measurable objectives for each course; if these objectives are not met then the training has not been successful.
- Interactive group sessions: Getting the whole group involved in exercises and case studies; if work is done in groups then it is less easy for delegates to ‘hide’ and not contribute. Using an interactive training styles, delegates learn by seeing and doing rather than by hearing.
- Benefits of training: Motivating delegates so that they want to learn because they can see the benefits of training.
